Push-Along Wooden Elephant with Motor Skills Loop “Jungle”

Movement, colours and first little motor-skill challenges come together in one engaging toy. The push-along wooden elephant with motor skills loop “Jungle” is suitable for children from 12 months and combines two types of play in one product – the elephant can be rolled across the floor while the colourful wooden beads are moved along the metal loop.

This encourages children to experiment independently with movement, grasping and object manipulation, making play both enjoyable and developmentally valuable.

Two play activities in one

Children can push the elephant forward, watch the wheels turn, change direction and follow the toy across the floor. The motor skills loop offers a calmer activity – the beads can be moved from side to side, grasped, sorted by colour and guided along different sections of the loop.

These simple actions help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, grip precision, concentration and movement control.

A design that encourages curiosity and independent play

The playful colours of the “Jungle” collection are combined with the natural texture of wood to create a cheerful and visually appealing toy for young children. The animal shape captures attention, while the simple functional design encourages children not just to look, but to explore and act independently.

Its compact size is well suited to small hands, and the toy can be used both on the floor and at a children’s table. It requires no batteries or electronics, allowing the child’s attention to remain focused on movement, discovery and hands-on play.

What children learn through play

Around the age of one, children become increasingly interested in how objects move, roll and respond to their actions. Push-along toys help build an understanding of cause and effect, while motor skills loops encourage more precise hand and finger movements.

Through repeated play, children also practise patience and persistence – useful skills that later support self-care, drawing, construction play and many other everyday activities.

Practical for parents too

For parents, this is a compact and multifunctional toy that combines movement-based play with a fine motor activity in one product. It takes up little space, requires no batteries and can remain interesting across several stages of early development.

The sturdy wooden body is suitable for regular use, while the metal motor skills loop provides reliable stability during active play.

FSC® 100% certified wood

The elephant is made from FSC® 100% certified wood and metal. The FSC® label confirms that the wood used in this product comes from responsibly managed, certified sources.

Wood is a durable material suitable for long-term use, so a well-made toy can remain in use far longer than many short-lived alternatives.

Safety

The product is intended for children from 12 months. All packaging and fastening materials should be removed before first use. The toy should be checked regularly, with particular attention to the wheels, motor skills loop and connections. If the product becomes damaged, use should be discontinued.
