Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout after entering your delivery information. If the proposed shipping cost does not meet your expectations, you will have the option to cancel the order before payment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For certain products that are made to order, the processing time may be longer. This information will be clearly stated in the product description.

Delivery Time

  • Latvia: 2–5 business days.
  • European Union: 4–14 business days.
  • Outside the EU: Delivery time depends on the destination and customs procedures.

These delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier's schedule.

Delivery Areas

The kidz-kiosk.eu store offers delivery to all European Union countries and most other countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to Russia and Belarus. If you have any questions about shipping to specific countries, please contact us.

  • Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post)

The selected delivery service depends on the destination and the specifics of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status. If there are any issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned due to inaccurate information, the customer will bear the costs of reshipping.

Delivery Delays and Risks

Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer. However, if the package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the delivery company to resolve the issue and provide compensation if necessary.

Lost Shipments

If your delivery is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately. Investigation with the delivery carrier may take up to 3–4 weeks.

  • If the shipment is found, it will be delivered to you.
  • If the shipment cannot be located, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, as per the EU Distance Selling Regulations.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to receiving damaged or incorrect items. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by kidz-kiosk.eu.
