Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer under EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Luula Ltd, Ezeru laukuma 1, Talsi, LV-3201, Latvia, Phone: +371 29452315, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the standard withdrawal form we provide separately, but it is not mandatory.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Important: The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Specific Guidelines for Damaged Goods
If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask you to photograph the damaged packaging before opening it, as well as the contents after opening.
After opening the package, please inspect the product for any visible damage. If you find damage, notify us within 5 business days via email at [email protected].
- Damage during transport or manufacturing defects: If damage occurred during delivery or there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return costs and arrange a courier service for the return.
- Return without defects: If you wish to return a product without any defects, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
5. Inspection and Refund Conditions
Upon receiving the returned goods, our expert team will inspect them to ensure the product was not intentionally damaged and is in its original condition.
- If the product is undamaged or the damage falls under warranty, we will refund the full value of the product.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the product has been inspected, using the original payment method.
6. Compensation for Diminished Value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized to meet the consumer's individual needs.
- Goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
