We started KidzKiosk in 2018 just like many other parents do — by looking for better, safer, and more meaningful things for our own children. Over the years, we’ve not only gathered some of the most beautiful and practical kids’ room ideas, but we've also made it our mission to choose products that are safe, high-quality, and tested for harmful substances.

From certified wooden toys to smart furniture for teens made from FSC-certified wood — everything in our shop is carefully selected with purpose and heart. We believe children deserve spaces that grow with them and toys that spark independence, imagination, and joy in learning.

Our collection is more than beautiful design — it’s about helping your child explore the world in their own way. We love choosing decorative pieces that encourage a connection to nature, human relationships, and a deeper sense of self and belonging.

Our Roots

Our family’s journey with KidzKiosk began the traditional way — searching for honest, good products for our kids. With a background in psychology and a deep love for the Reggio, Waldorf, and Montessori philosophies, we were drawn to products that support healthy child development.

We also wanted to reflect our roots — our Latvian culture and heritage — by bringing natural, handcrafted, and sustainable elements into children’s spaces. Our goal was to create real-life environments that are more exciting than screens, where digital tools are balanced with hands-on play and discovery.

That’s why you’ll find lots of natural wood, handmade decor, and toys that encourage fine motor skills and open-ended play — all at reasonable prices.

Sustainable by Nature

As parents, we quickly realized how fast children grow, and how quickly their needs change. We didn’t want to redesign their rooms every year. So we focused on choosing furniture that adjusts and evolves with them. Today, we help other families do the same — picking products that last, that matter, and that can be passed on.

Now we’re a team of seven, still family-run. Our daughter, just eight when we launched, now helps create digital content. Our son actively participates in product selection, visits trade shows, and communicates with responsible manufacturers. Every item we ship is packed with care — because nothing compares to the joy of a child unwrapping something made just for them.

Whether it's wall decals made in France, handcrafted textiles from Denmark, natural wood furniture from Latvia, washable allergy-friendly rugs, or educational toys — everything we offer is practical, imagination-driven, and designed to make everyday life with children more beautiful and more manageable.

We also offer indoor play equipment inspired by Emmi Pikler — climbing structures, rockers, swings, slides, balance bikes, walkers, and more. From a child’s very first soft toy to study desks and outdoor play gear, we have something for toddlers, older siblings, and everyone in between.

From dollhouses and wooden cars to plush animals and play kitchens — children learn through play, and we’re here to support that every step of the way.
